The standard queen suite we stayed in was new-fashioned with big bathroom, a net curtain, as for instance. Location: the hotel was adjacent to central Lisbon, a cool area to walk around, and the main attractions of central Lisbon👌

I had such a wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast in Lisbon. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the riverwalk and all the attractions in downtown. The building itself is newly renovated and the interiors are stylish and welcoming. My room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast spread was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Castilho House Cais for a memorable stay in Lisbon.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the rooms were beautifully decorated and the overall ambience of the hotel was very appealing. We also enjoyed the convenient location, with great restaurants and easy access to public transportation and shopping nearby.
The room we stayed in was quite small and lacked a bathroom window or ventilation fan, which made it feel a bit stuffy. the rooms were not well soundproofed, resulting in some noise from the reception/breakfast area and other guests coming and going early in the morning.

The location of this guesthouse is perfect for exploring the city with its close proximity to the central tram/bus hub and the old city attractions. the rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and provide a comfortable bed and luxury linen. the breakfast is varied and delicious with great attention to detail.
The security of the front door is questionable, as it can be pushed open easily.

Liked the central location of the hotel, making it easy to navigate the city. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was impressive, with a range of options available to start my day off right.
Disliked the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, which made it difficult to sleep at times due to noise from other guests. the rooms were quite small, and the absence of an elevator made it challenging to carry luggage up to higher floors.
